1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VoiceBridge (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VoiceBridge is an on-device offline voice-to-text tool that provides audio import, speech recognition, text transcription, and meeting-notes features. Core features run entirely on your local device without requiring an internet connection.

3. Free Service

All features provided by the App are completely free of charge. There are no paid subscriptions or hidden fees.
We do not impose any limits on transcription duration or the number of meeting records saved. You can use all core features (including speaker voiceprint library, iCloud backup, PDF/text export, etc.) without any restrictions.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have obtained the necessary consent from all participants before recording or transcribing any audio.
You must not use the App for any illegal purposes.
You are solely responsible for all content created and stored through the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and technology are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without authorization.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Speech recognition results may contain errors and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
The App is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the App.

7. Data & Privacy

Our commitment to your privacy is detailed in our Privacy Policy. All voice data processing is completed on-device, and we do not collect any personal information.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified terms will be published on this page and take effect immediately. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
